- Facts Show : The company the subject mattter of this website self appropriated the GE Capital Woodchester Homeloan mortgages by misusing a "Statutory Declaration" given under oath -- and illegally claim ownership of our mortgage -- makes misrepresentations to the courts of Ireland -- uses a "Name Change" and "Share Capital" as a ruse -- takes illegal action to take our home -- this company acted out a securitisation of mortgage loans through false accounting -- all of this is based on facts lodged under statute in the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and signed by their company directors.
